Please read our return, cancellation, shipping, privacy and terms policies before placing an order.
Return & Refund Policy
- Returns are accepted only for a physical damage or a manufacturing defect. We don't accept returns for change of mind, sizing, or similar reasons.
- Not every product is returnable — customized and personalized items, and items marked "final sale", are generally not eligible even for damage/defect claims. Whether a product qualifies is shown on your order.
- Return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery. Requests raised after this window will not be accepted.
- To request a return, sign in and open the order from My Orders, choose the reason (physical damage or manufacturing defect), and upload clear photos or a short video of the issue. This is required for every request.
- The product must be unused, with all original tags, accessories and labels intact, and returned in its original packaging.
- Return shipping cost is borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defect, damage or error on our part.
- Every return is reviewed against the photos/video submitted; approval remains at the sole discretion of AK International. If a request isn't approved, we'll tell you why.
- Once approved, we'll schedule a pickup and keep you updated as the return moves through pickup, inspection and refund — track it any time from My Account → Returns.
- Approved refunds are issued as store credit or to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of the item passing inspection.
- AK International reserves the right to refuse a return that does not meet the above conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders for customized/personalized products cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as each piece is made to order specifically for you.
- Standard (non-customized) orders may be cancelled only before the order has been shipped; once dispatched, the order must instead follow the Return & Refund Policy above.
- AK International reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion — for example due to stock unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraud — in which case a full refund will be issued.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Most products ship free. Where a product has a delivery charge, it is shown on the product page and in your cart, and is added once per product regardless of quantity. AK International may change or withdraw free delivery at any time; the delivery charge that applies is always shown at checkout before you place your order.
- Orders are processed and dispatched after order confirmation; customized items may require additional production time before dispatch.
- Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed; delays caused by the courier partner, weather or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of AK International.
- Shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address; AK International is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.
Privacy Policy
- We collect only the information necessary to process your order, personalize your product and communicate with you — such as your name, address, phone number and email.
- Any images, text or logos you upload for personalization are used solely for the purpose of manufacturing your order.
- We do not sell or rent customer data to third parties. Information may be shared with trusted service providers (payment gateways, courier partners) strictly to fulfil your order.
- By placing an order, you consent to AK International storing and using your information as described in this policy.
Terms & Conditions
- All products are handmade / made-to-order; minor variations in color, texture and finish compared to product images are normal and do not qualify as defects.
- Prices, product availability and these policies are subject to change without prior notice.
- AK International reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.
- By using this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms along with the Return, Cancellation, Shipping and Privacy policies above.
Store Pickup Discount — Terms & Conditions
- Choosing Store Pickup at checkout gets you a flat ₹60 off your order instead of home delivery.
- This discount is applied once per order — it does not multiply with the number of products or the quantity of each product in your cart.
- The store pickup discount cannot be combined with any other coupon or discount, including the first-order discount; the better of the two is not auto-selected, so compare before choosing.
- No delivery charge applies to a store pickup order.
- Orders are ready for collection 24 hours after the order is placed — the exact date and time is shown on your order confirmation page and payment slip.
- Please carry your order/slip number (and a valid ID) when collecting your order from the pickup location.
- Pickup is available only from our two listed locations, shown at checkout and on your order confirmation.
- AK International reserves the right to modify or withdraw the store pickup discount or the pickup locations at any time without prior notice.
